Garhwal Tech Solutions is a software development studio providing website development, mobile app development, custom software, and business automation services, as well as our own subscription-based products, WaterAppForWaterBusiness.com and WaChatCRM.com.

We offer custom development services engaged on a project basis, as well as subscription-based access to our own products, WaterAppForWaterBusiness.com and WaChatCRM.com. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any custom project will be agreed in writing (including via email or a signed proposal) before work begins. Subscription products are billed on the cycle (monthly/annual) shown at the time of purchase.
Payments for our services and subscriptions are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as PayU). By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment gateway provider in addition to these Terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner in accordance with applicable RBI and PCI-DSS guidelines.
For custom development projects, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, access credentials, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed work. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed inputs from your side may affect project timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-developed deliverables (source code, designs) transfers to the client upon full payment. Our own products (WaterAppForWaterBusiness.com, WaChatCRM.com, and any underlying frameworks, libraries, or reusable components we developed prior to or independently of your project) remain our intellectual property.
You may cancel a subscription to any of our products at any time through your account or by contacting us at contact@garhwaltechsolutions.com. Cancellation will stop future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garhwal Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, services, or products.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products or services for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
