Garhwal Tech Solutions is a small, founder-led software company based in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh — building tools for delivery, retail, and service businesses that often get overlooked by larger tech companies.
Garhwal Tech Solutions was founded by Gourav Garhwal, who ran a water jar and RO water delivery business before he ever wrote a line of production code. Rather than hire outside developers to solve his own operational headaches, he built the software himself — and that software became WaterApp, now used by delivery businesses beyond his own.
The company emerged from necessity when the founder's water delivery business outgrew paper registers and spreadsheets. That limitation prompted the creation of WaterApp — first for internal use, later packaged as a subscription product for similar businesses.
That approach still shapes how we work today: we build systems that run quietly and reliably in the background of a real business, because we've operated one ourselves.
