We're a small, founder-led software company from Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh — and we've spent over five years building the tools we wished existed for businesses like ours.
Garhwal Tech Solutions began the way most useful software does — out of necessity. Our founder, Gourav Garhwal, runs a water jar and RO water delivery business in Chhindwara alongside his development work. When paper registers and spreadsheets stopped scaling with daily deliveries, customer accounts and staff coordination, he built WaterApp to solve it — first for his own business, then for others in the same trade.
That pattern — build it for a real business first, then package it as software others can subscribe to — is still how we work today. Over five years, that approach has grown into a small full-stack team building Android apps, Node.js/Express backends on Firebase, business automation, and the websites that support all of it.
We keep our client base close to home by design: local businesses in Chhindwara and across Madhya Pradesh who want software support that answers the phone, not a support ticket that disappears into a queue.
Three people, three clear responsibilities — development, delivery and support.
Founder / Owner
Leads product and engineering across WaterApp, Grovy Mart and the company's automation work. Also runs a working water delivery business, which is where most of the company's product decisions get tested first.
Software Team Management
Oversees the software development team, coordinating build quality and delivery timelines across client projects.
Customer Support Management
Manages onboarding and day-to-day support for subscribed businesses, keeping the line between "software vendor" and "support desk" short.
Being based outside a metro hasn't limited who we build for — WaterApp customers span multiple water businesses across India, and our automation and website clients aren't limited by geography either.
